Shipping Info
All orders within the contiguous 48-state US are charged a flat rate of $5,
whether you order one or 100 items. If your address cannot be
accessed
by all major carriers (the USPS, UPS, FedEx), please be
sure to let
us know at the time of your order. We process most orders in 1-3
business days. In the event of any significant delay, you will
be notified
and have the option to cancel your order. If you do nothing, we
will automatically
process and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders outside the contiguous US are charged the full rate. International shipments may or may not result in your country charging you customs duties/taxes. You are responsible for paying any such duties/taxes to them in a timely manner so that the package is not returned to us. (Please track your package to see if it is being held in customs.)
Signature delivery is available upon request: If your delivery area is not fully secure then please request signature delivery of your package. Once the tracking info shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for a stolen or missing package.
Express shipping is available. If requesting expedited shipping, please let us know whether you need signature delivery.
If any package sent to you is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable as addressed, you will be notified if/when the package is returned to us. But you are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. If we do receive your returned package, we can reship to you, but you must pay the full shipping cost in such a case, including any return shipping fees that were incurred. Alternatively, you may cancel the order altogether, and we will restock the contents for a 20% restocking fee, and the shipping charge is not refundable. If we do not receive your returned package, we cannot offer a refund or credit of any kind for the missing package.
