About our Mac

Bacon Mac is one of our favorite comfort foods and it’s a mainstay on the menu at our Chicago restaurant, Liberation Kitchen. We’ve decided to share the wealth so that you can enjoy this delicious meal when you can’t come in for a visit.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, nutritional yeast, rice bran oil, vital wheat gluten, wheat flour, soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt), cornstarch, paprika, sea salt, liquid smoke, mustard, onion, garlic, turmeric, sugar.
