Made from Organically Grown peas! Use these high-protein textured pea protein crumbles like ground beef or ground chicken in your favorite recipes. Just reconstitute with water or vegetable broth (recommended) and season as you wish. The 8.8 oz. dry bag makes roughly 1.9 lbs. of ground meat substitute.

Use approximately one cup of water per cup of pea protein crumbles. Let hydrate for about 5 minutes, then cook on high heat for at least another 5 minutes. Drain excess liquid and season to taste. Alternatively, simply hydrate without heat in water for approximately 20 minutes.
